By accessing and using FreezeHost's services, including free Minecraft hosting, paid Minecraft hosting, and VPS hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

FreezeHost provides free and paid Minecraft hosting as well as VPS hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account and billing information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the service in accordance with our acceptable use policy
• Not attempt to circumvent limitations or restrictions placed on the services

4. Server Rules

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Running malicious software or unauthorized scripts
• Hosting copyrighted or illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Overloading or disrupting servers or infrastructure
• Engaging in any illegal activity through the service

5. IP Logging and Abuse Prevention

We log user IP addresses for the purposes of abuse detection, fraud prevention, and security enforcement. Repeated abuse may result in termination of service without notice.

6. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

All paid services are billed through our billing partners (e.g., PayPal and Paymenter). Services may renew automatically unless canceled. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

7. Service Limitations

Free and paid services may be subject to the following limitations:

• RAM, CPU, and disk space quotas
• Bandwidth usage restrictions
• Automatic shutdown on inactivity (for free servers)
• Resource usage policies to prevent server abuse

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Engages in abuse, fraud, or illegal activities
• Fails to maintain payment for active services
• Remains inactive for extended periods (free services only)

9. Data Backups

While we implement measures to maintain uptime and integrity, we do not guarantee data backups. Users are responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the Netherlands.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
