We do not collect data from unregistered visitors or through analytics.
2. How We Collect Data
Data is collected through:
- Discord OAuth for authentication
- Email, name, address, and phone number submitted during billing registration
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
3. Use of Information
Your data is used solely to:
- Operate and manage FreezeHost services
- Authenticate and authorize user accounts
- Process billing and issue invoices
- Send service-related notifications via email or phone
- Maintain platform security and prevent abuse (including IP-based abuse detection)
4. Data Storage and Security
We store all user data related to our services (free/paid Minecraft hosting and VPS hosting) on FreezeHost-owned servers. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard methods. IP addresses and billing information are stored securely and used only for service delivery and abuse prevention. Data is retained until a deletion request is received.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data or your account at any time. Data export requests can be manually processed via email. You also have the right to object to processing or request rectification of incorrect data.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process personal data based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform, or to fulfill contractual obligations such as providing hosting services and customer support.

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide our services. IP addresses are retained for up to 90 days unless flagged for abuse, after which they are deleted. User accounts and related data are removed upon verified deletion requests.

9. Hosting Location
All user data is stored on servers located in India. Users from other regions acknowledge and agree to this by using our services.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
